What a brilliant start to Elevate:Mind•Body•Soul Colden Common circuit classes yesterday evening!

Fantastic first turn out and buzzing energy from everyone!

The intention is to build a community through an all abilities circuit class that can be accessed and enjoyed by all, no matter what fitness background. Now is always the best time to start!
