Your New Booking System: Gymcatch

We’re excited to introduce Gymcatch, our new booking platform designed to make managing your fitness sessions quicker, easier, and more flexible. Whether you prefer using an app or booking through a web browser, Gymcatch gives you full control of your timetable in just a few taps. You will also be able to save money and book in advance too.

📱 Getting Started: Create Your Gymcatch Account

Setting up your account takes only a couple of minutes.

Option 1: Use the Gymcatch App

1. Open the App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play Store (Android).

2. Search for “Gymcatch”.

3. Download and install the app.

4. Open the app and select Create Account.

5. Enter your name, email address, and create a secure password.

6. When prompted, search for Elevate Community Fitness and tap Follow.

Option 2: Create an Account Online

1. Visit: www.gymcatch.com/app

2. Select Sign Up.

3. Enter your details and create your account.

4. Search for Elevate Community Fitness and click Follow.

Following our page ensures you can see our full timetable, book classes, purchase passes, and receive updates.

🗓️ How to Book a Class or Session

Booking with Gymcatch is designed to be effortless.

Using the App

1. Open the Gymcatch app.

2. Tap Schedule to view all upcoming classes.

3. Choose your session.

4. Select Book.

5. If required, choose a pass or payment option.

6. You’ll receive instant confirmation in the app and by email.

Using the Website

1. Log in at www.gymcatch.com/app.

2. Select Schedule from the menu.

3. Pick your class.

4. Click Book and follow the prompts.

5. Your booking will appear in My Sessions.

🎟️ Passes, Payments & Cancellations

• You can purchase class passes or memberships directly through Gymcatch.

• All payments are secure and processed instantly.

• Need to cancel? Simply open your booking and tap Cancel — no messages or emails required.

• Any eligible credits are automatically returned to your account.
