A pleasure for Elevate - Mind Body Soul to be able to take over 200 children and adults for their warm up before they entered the colour run zone!
When exercise is disguised because the activity is fun, inclusive and challenging, then it is easier to form exercise habits. Important for us all, and especially important for the next generation!
Another superb event by FOSPS (Friends of Swanmore Primary School) Well done to all the staff and volunteers!
