John is passionate about helping others reach their potential. He is extremely dedicated to his own training and has found ways to adapt his exercise routine to fit a busy family and work lifestyle. John wants to help create a community in which this can be experienced by others, who may have similar time, work and family constraints.
Having spent 12 years in the Royal Marines, fitness played a significant role in his daily life. During his military career, he has learnt from some of the best fitness professionals in the UK and this self-discipline is something that John wants to helps others with.
Fitness should be accessible to all, no matter what age, ability or time commitments you have. John is keen to prove that there are always opportunities to enhance your fitness and general well-being. This holistic approach to fitness in both physical and mental states helped form the basis for the inception of our Elevate - Mind Body Soul community.
Keen to share some of his knowledge and experience gained during his military career, alongside his Bachelors of Science fitness and coaching degree in 2017, John is excited to welcome new members to the wonderful Elevate fitness community.
Ollie is not only passionate about keeping himself fit, but is also dedicated to promoting and prioritising a healthy work-life balance.
Working in London and having a young family himself, he understands the internal conflict that can creep in when trying to make time to keep active; without sacrificing time with family and friends.
Ollie is dedicated to creating a community in which anyone can succeed no matter their ability, gender, or age. A space in which everybody can come together in short focused sessions, to empower each other, support each other and surpass their individual goals.
It was these key drivers that helped to form the foundations for Elevate in which health and wellbeing is part of a holistic approach to balancing every day life.
